At Winding Creek Counseling Services, we strive to make counseling accessible, affordable, and easy to understand. Many services may be covered in full or in part through your health insurance or employee benefit plan, depending on your provider and coverage.
Because plans vary, we recommend reviewing your benefits and asking key questions such as:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many therapy sessions are covered each year?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?

For those choosing self-pay, we offer clear, affordable rates and flexible payment options:
- Initial evaluation: $175
- Therapy session: $120
- Sliding-scale fees available for qualifying clients
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all clients, please note that appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an $85 no-show fee.
